DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION
50% of the deposit must be paid on the day of booking. In case of cancellation after 48 hours or withdrawal of the client without previous notice, the deposit will not be returned.TIMING
The scheduled time for the party is the time at which customers should start playing. It is the client's responsibility that his guests be present on time and on time. The dining area is only available for an hour after the bowling game is over. A Bowling game has approximately 60 minutes (if there are 6 children per lane). Extra time in the meal area should be booked in advance and will be charged at € 20 for every 30 minutes added to the original allocated time.ARRIVAL
The client must be responsible for all his guests being present at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time. If you are late, please contact us to let us know. If you are already at the property, please check-in at reception. The customer has 15 minutes of tolerance, after that 15 minutes it is mandatory to start playing, (or you may lose your deposit) so as not to delay the next reservation.FOOD & DRINK
It is not allowed to bring any kind of food or drink on to the premises. All food and drink to be consumed must be purchased at Hotshot Bowling. The customer is permitted to bring a birthday cake and some candy (gums/lollipops etc.) if agreed in advance, but must also have refuse bags and be responsible for cleaning the space after use. Hotshot Bowling does not provide dishes, napkins, cutlery, etc...LIABILITY
The HotShot Bowling is not responsible for any accident or problem occurring on the property. The client has to be responsible for their guests.CONDUCT
HotShot Bowling does not tolerate bad behaviour on the part of customers, nor to staff.All guests in the party must comply with our basic bowling rules (click here)
